This was too cute to not post.

I LOVE Rainbow Dash to pieces, but her hair is a bitch to shade. :stare:
I think I shaded Applejack too dark.
Also, the grass doesn't look like grass, nopey dopey.

Added Applejack's freckles.

EDIT 2:
I forgot to mention that I excluded Applejack's hat on purpose. I'd never drawn a cowboy hat before, and just didn't feel like starting now. Sorry. ^^;

This is adorable. The only thing i would have changed is AJ's eyes. I just have to say, you might want to get rid of that line under AJ's neck, i cant stop staring at it. Rainbow Dash looks perfect, except for her cutie mark. The cloud is not that puffy, and the lightning looks too fat.
One last thing, AJ's hair is not that white.
Now for the cuteness meter,
I love the hills, and your shading is perfect!!! I also love the shading in the eyes, along with the emotion. Straight A+ to you!!!!!

This is a beautiful picture. Both ponies look happy and calm to see each other, with their blushing adding move love to the piece. The reflection of light in both of their eyes is delicate yet also shows how they are both staring into each others gaze, keeping eye contact showing even deeper how much they are loving to be there. The colouring and it's shading are all brilliant and correct, and the way the whole piece is shaped in the dome like perimeter closes the focus deeper into the scene, showing how the surroundings of the picture aren't important and that the important thing that all focus should go to is the two ponies. Overall I really love this, really sweet and cute. And Rainbow Dash is being very charming.

I love RD, but AJ's face just looks strange. The eyes are weird (not the actual pupils and stuff) and the shape of her head.

My one and only problem is that AJ mane is very pale on this picture, I was actually thinking it's old Applejack.

Awwww, this is awesome! They look so fluffy and pleasant to the touch. Ah, everything about this picture is perfect. I especially like their hair, and expressions, and the clouds.

Critique? Hm. I guess you should have paid more attention to Ay Jay's shadow. And the side mouth thing doesn't look quite right when they're holding something, but that's just me. Also RD's legs seem longer than the other pony's. I'm mostly nitpicking here :P

Ha, it makes more sense for ponies to give each other flowers than for people. I never really got the point of giving something that is both expirable and inedible. BUT PONY CAN EAT IT :dummy:

I didn't do too good on either shadow, really. xD
Now that I look at it, you're right, Dash's legs ARE too long. Whoops. x:

Great pic =D if i was to have a critic, it's that AJ doesn't have her hat and that's it.
I really like how Rainbows pose makes it look like she is gently floating down rather than her usual brash dash landing she normally does.
I also like how subtle the image is as a whole, couldn't hit the fave button quick enough ^^
