Powers (magical spells used with her wand):

Moving inanimate objects of any size/weight/etc. -- she used this spell to make her costume as she can't sew by hand worth a damn. Also, she can't move objects that can move already such as vehicles, rc toys, stuff like that.

Casting ice bullets or fireballs -- done with her hands. Can only use each one once without her wand in her possession.

Making a one-sided shield -- cannot create more than one at a time.

Conjuring various items from elsewhere -- items such as ropes, swords, etc. Basic items, really; elaborately-made items -- like machinery and electronics -- or items that hold information -- like books, calculators and other such electronics -- are beyond her ability to magically create... and whether she can properly wield the items she CAN create is another story altogether. Also, the objects MUST be in the area -- if she's in a building, the item must exist in the building, and if she's outside, the item must exist OUTSIDE within a 5 mile radius, meaning she can't conjure an item that's inside a building if she's outside.

Can fly with any pole-like object, not just brooms

Weaknesses:

Too emotionally attached to her books

Strong magically but not physically

Can't do most spells without her wand -- the only spells she can cast without her wand are the elemental spells... whose direction she can't even control, and which she can't use either of for more than once each without her magic giving out -- think of her wand as a tool AND a magical battery.

Personality:

While she can be rather blunt and sarcastic (see: Deadpan Snarker), she's still a pretty nice person, if not a little scatterbrained. She can often be found in a fort of books -- usually created unintentionally when she lays a book aside to read another and they pile up around her -- reading various titles, her favorite genres being that of fantasy, folklore, fairy tales, and mythology. Disorganized though she may be, she's quick to put everything back exactly the way she found it to leave less work for others and provide them with a clean environment. She isn't temperamental, but she DOES have a temper; frustrate her too much and her anger will become strained, a bulging red look about her that seems as if she'll implode any second (she's not one to yell or get violent, though). Tory is also a loner, preferring to be left alone with her books and seeming exasperated if she's interrupted. Regardless, she'll still act the people person if she must and won't make others suffer for her own personality quirks... most of the time.

I'm 'eh' on this picture.
On one hand, I like how I shaded it.
On the other hand, I'm displeased that the furry parts of the costume (the ears and tail) don't look furry. >.>
Also, the anatomy is off.
i did move the boobs, though
And her eyes look weird. :/ I can't pinpoint why, though.

The braid bits don't look like braids and the hair tufts are just crap. ;_;
The bangs kinda look okay though.

Hopefully she's not overpower. x: I gave her more spells than I intended, mostly because I wanted the consequences to be more devastating if she had to do without her wand. I mean, if she didn't have that many spells WITH a wand, losing it wouldn't really be a weakness like I wanted it to be.
The flying was added as an afterthought (that's a lot of As for one sentence); I wanted at least one normal witch trait for her. xD; But having it just be brooms was kinda boring and eh, so.
